You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund after handing your package to the return carrier. In many cases, refunds are processed faster. This timeframe includes transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5–10 business days), the time we need to process your return after receiving it (3–5 business days), and the time your bank may require to complete the refund (5–10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order under the "Complete Orders" link in the "My Account" menu, and click the "Return Item" button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your returned item.
